You will notice that we don’t provide online ordering. This is because we wish to have a personal relationship with our clients. We want to be able to provide an opportunity for you to place an order for exactly what you need, with any changes or custom work available. So, please call our (800)588-5255 phone number to place an order. But, you may wish to keep these following guidelines in mind.

Custom Orders
Please keep in mind that our goal is to reproduce Shaker items. We may be able to offer items in a different wood or finish. But, as our reproductions are according to the original sizes, we may not always be able to change proportions without losing the integrity of the piece. Please feel free to discuss your needs or ideas with us and we will attempt to accommodate where we can.

Delivery
We enjoy delivering our pieces to you personally. It ensures that larger pieces will arrive in good condition, handled by those who have made them. In order to do this, there may sometimes be a small delivery fee. This fee, however, can be discussed and worked out when you place your order. Delivery for smaller items is included under the heading shipping.

Shipping
Shipping of small items is usually the cheapest way for us to get them to you. We typically charge 10% of the total price to cover shipping and handling costs. One exception is the glass storage jars, which cost $4 per jar.

Payment
Visa and Mastercard are accepted, as well as personal checks. Cash is also accepted with references (just kidding). For larger pieces we require 50% deposit and the rest upon delivery. Wholesale inquiries are invited. All other items are prepaid.
